What makes LCS different?

As we have grown, we have tailored our efforts through innovation, collaboration, and thoughtful partnerships within a culture of continuous improvement.

What does this mean?

Food is Medicine Program

  • In partnership with ChristianaCare—the largest healthcare provider in Delaware—we have built models that integrate healthy food access into a broader continuum of care.
  • Recognizing that nutritious food is foundational to health and dignity, we deliver medically tailored groceries, fresh produce, and nutrition education to those facing chronic illnesses, food insecurity, and social barriers.

Housing Stability Program

  • Provides emergency financial assistance and referrals for financial education, legal aid, food assistance, and other services that can help stabilize housing situations.
